This photography internship is with a small boutique photography studio with a passionate approach to wedding and portrait photography. They average approximately 25 weddings (mainly between Aug and Dec) and around 50 to 75 portrait sessions per year. Their aim is to provide superb quality photography and hand-crafted albums with a friendly and warm approach to their clients and they are the most awarded studio consecutively for the last 3 years (having just won two silver distinction awards at this year's AIPP professional photography awards in both wedding an portrait categories).
Your main work will consist on culling photos, organizing clients slide-shows, Photoshop work, a little bit of administration, and some album layout duties. You will be able to accompany the main photographer on some occasions, dependent on your own capabilities. This studio is also a partner of the biggest gallery in Byron Bay so you will be able to have some work with them organizing art exhibitions and printing.
