Other services provided are room stay hotel, search of head offices technical exhibition, administration and finance, sponsor, coordination of head offices, impressions, promotions, market research and consultancy. The second part is focused on service of catering, search of head offices, and Networking.This is an independent, global association, communications and event management company. Their combined expertise enables them to offer strategy, creativity and execution in the field of association management (AMC), Congress and Exhibition (PCO), live communication, meetings, events and incentives and performance improvement programs.They work side by side with the client, leveraging knowledge from responsible, creative and expert team members. They offer integrated solutions worldwide, providing the client with a global brand experience wherever is located. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on general tasks of assistance in coordination
• Attend and communicate with delegates, order quotations, inscriptions, hotel reservations, social acts, scientific programs and many other tasks related specifically to the organization of different events and congresses

Skills Required:

• Advanced University Studies in careers such as Marketing, Public Relations or Publicity
• Willing to work in a team
• Advance level of Spanish and English

Food and Accommodation: Mentor Abroad manages the entire food,accommodation and supervision during the project period. The intern will be entitled to a room in host family with normal standards depending upon the project and it location.

Can I do an Internship with no Spanish knowledge: The success of your Internship depends essentially on your Spanish knowledge. Participants must show at least an intermediate level to become an intern. Advanced Spanish levels are sometimes required for specific placements. We recommend to take a Spanish course before starting any placement. Remember that the more Spanish you know, the more responsabilities you are going to get and the more successfull your placement will be.
