It is an Argentine organization that, since 1989, works intensibly on the struggle against AIDS, not only as biological illness, but also as an important society issue that requires a proper community environment for the persons who coexist with the virus. To inform and to train the persons, is the job of this organization, in order to continue the struggle against the sickness.
- Major Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other members in the administrative area of a hospital
- Join the local volunteers, who visit patients with AIDS, in different hospitals of Buenos Aires
- Take part in the preventive education projects which are being developed at that moment

Food and Accommodation: Mentor Abroad manages the entire food,accommodation and supervision during the project period. The intern will be entitled to a room in host family with normal standards depending upon the project and it location.

Can I do an Internship with no Spanish knowledge: The success of your Internship depends essentially on your Spanish knowledge. Participants must show at least an intermediate level to become an intern. Advanced Spanish levels are sometimes required for specific placements. We recommend to take a Spanish course before starting any placement. Remember that the more Spanish you know, the more responsabilities you are going to get and the more successfull your placement will be.
