These courses are offered as one-on-one tuition and are ideal for preparing you for situations and conversations you are likely to encounter in your working life. Subject-specific formulations, confident discussion and negotiation and precise articulation are the main aim of this course. You are encouraged to agree on the course content with your teacher. This ensures that the course covers the areas that are of greatest importance to you. The subject-areas can be freely chosen by you.

No sepcific qualification required but the student must be flexible, helpful, motivative, creative and eager to learn new methodologies.

Homestay: Our students are accommodated in well-selected host families, which are all located within a 15-minute walk from the school! All host families offer a single room with private bath, half or full board (2 or 3 meals per day) airport pick up, laundry service and a great opportunity to practice one's Spanish. Apart from that host families allow a great insight into the Ecuadorian way-of-life. The friendships that develop often last for a long time after departure.

Students can opt to share a family with friend or girl (boy) friend. Host families can also cater for vegetarians and other students who are on special diets (e.g. due to allergies). If students note this on their enrolment form, host families can optimally prepare for this.

Cancellation before the course starting date:  Cancellation fees are charged as follows, and any balance is refunded less non-refundable items and bank fees and payment processing charges (if any) 

Cancellations received: 

• More than 21 days before the course begins: $200 cancellation fee;
• More than 7, but less than 21 days before the course starting date:
• Cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the program fees;
• There is no refund if the cancellation received 7 or less days before the course starting date.
• In no case money will be refunded once the course and/or lodging has started. 
• No refund can be given for partial attendance or the discontinuance or interruption of a course.
