Project Review

The course is for you as a professional in the construction, law and related fields, who wishes to develop your expertise in construction law and dispute resolution for practical or academic purposes. The structure and content of the course is designed to satisfy the examination requirements of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators through to Fellowship level for both their Adjudication and Arbitration Pathways.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a foundation module (Law of Obligations and Evidence) which is similarly delivered by distance learning only via X-Stream. Applicants must either be exempt from the foundation module (e.g. by possessing an LLB degree or passing an entrance test) or else they must take the foundation module and pass, before they are allowed to enter upon the MSc programme. This is delivered from September with the final exam in December.
