No specific qualification required but the student should be flexible, motivative and eager to learn new culture.

If you choose the Full Package (1,550 Euros) Caledonian School will arrange modest accommodation for you. Accommodation includes 39 nights in a fully equipped and furnished flat near the school.  Each trainees has his/her own bedroom, and the kitchen and bathrooms are shared.  Please note that bedding is provided, but towels are not. If you choose the Basic Tuition Package (1,200 Euros) you are free to arrange your own housing.

Is Caledonian School's TEFL certificate internationally recognised?

Yes. There is no international governing body which oversees the TEFL industry. To offer an internationally-recognised TEFL certificate, the course must contain a minimum of 100 hours of classroom time and 6 hours of observed teaching practice with live students. The Caledonian School TEFL certificate contains 120 hours of classroom time and 8-10 hours of observed teaching practice in front of live students, which exceeds the international requirements for a valid TEFL certificate. Graduates of our course have gone on to teach English all over the world.
