Volunteers will support the activities of an organisation called 'Save our Souls'(SOS), a Non-Governmental Organization that provides care for over 450 orphaned, destitute, and abandoned children in two villages(one in Gaborone and one in Francistown). Their aim is to develop these children into responsible and independent adults who will have inner strength to cope with the challenges of the future. The volunteers will assist in the daily education of the kids, gardening, sports coaching & mentoring and general counseling of the kids. Moreover, volunteers can assist the centre on some renovation work that arises and maintain kids` library. Spare time is usually meant for interaction with kids on their music practice sessions.

No specific skills or qualification are required, except the volunteer needs to be friendly, open, flexible and should have good communication skills.

Accommodation: SOS Centre provides accommodation in their shared guest houses. Volunteers are also encouraged to bring their own tents for their privacy. Hot showers and bathrooms/toilets with running water are available.
