    6:30 am – Embodiment Practice

    8:00 am – Breakfast
    Fuel your body with a nourishing and energizing meal. Each dish is thoughtfully curated, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients that not only delight your palate but also provide sustenance for the day ahead.

    9:00 am – Group Workshop
    Embark on a journey to harmonize your 7 Core Chakra system through a guided workshop, engaging activities, and introspective reflection.

    11:00 am – Group-Prepared Lunch
    Under the guidance of Chef Drea, delve into the art of crafting delicious, nourishing, and easily prepared high-vibrational plant-based foods sourced from nature's abundance. Gain insights into the principles behind a bioelectric plant-based lifestyle as you enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal.

    5:00 pm – Group Coaching and Connection Experience
    As night descends, participate in a tailored event – whether it's a fireside chat, a moonlit meditation, or a lively group game – designed to conclude the day with warmth and camaraderie.

    8:00 pm – Group Dinner

    9:00 pm – Evening Activity Gathering
    Wind down with a soothing Yoga Nidra practice, designed to conclude the day by tapping into higher knowledge and profound insights, while benefiting from the collective energy of the group.
