    Stop: 3 hours
    You will travel by the road called "The landscape route" for its impressive views of the lake and its volcanoes. You will do some stops to take photos and admire the incredible views.

    Stop: 30 minutes
    You will stop at a beautiful lookout to the mountains and volcanoes.

    San Juan la Laguna
    Stop: 2 hours
    You will visit a cooperative of women weavers to learn about their artisan weaving techniques. You will learn about medicinal plants by visiting a local garden. You will observe the process of making artisanal chocolate and honey. You will visit great artisans and talented painters.

    San Pedro La Laguna
    Stop: 60 minutes
    San Pedro is a town with a lot of European and Israelian influence. You will visit a coffee roastery, the local church, the indigenous market, and the street of hippie handicrafts.

    Santiago Atitlan
    Stop: 2 hours
    Santiago is the largest town in the lake basin. Its past is fascinating, you will learn about the conquest, the civil war, and religious syncretism. You will visit the only current Mayan saint called Maximón or great grandfather. You will see a demonstration of the T'zutuhil ceremonial costume and tour the local market.

    Panajachel
    Stop: 60 minutes
    You will contemplate the best view of the lake and the volcanoes. In Panajachel, you will start and finish the boat tour with the local guide.
