- Day 1 - Tour (7 Hours)
After the departure with pick up at the Hotel from Bologna, arrived in Parma, the first stop of the itinerary will be the guided tour with tasting at a typical dairy that will take place in the early hours of the morning to be able to see with your eyes the traditional processing that gives life to an extraordinary product, Parmigiano Reggiano. You will continue the tour in the direction of the hills to visit a winery and discover the wine production of the Parma hills, visit the vineyards and taste the excellence of the precious grapes. During the guided tour there is a wine tasting. And to conclude your itinerary you will discover the artisan production process of Parma Ham, famous all over the world and smell its scents in its maturing environment. During the guided tour of the Salumificio there will be a tasting of typical cured meat.
