- Day 1 - Arrival in Goodlands, Lunch, Beach Visit and Cooking
Individual arrival to Goodlands. It is located near Grand Baie, considered to be the “Riviera” of Mauritius. Grand Baie is well known for its liveliness by day and night.
Welcoming cocktail, followed by lunch prepared by the Chef.
This evening we drive around to view beautifull sunsets, and visit One of the landmark, The Red Roof Church at Cap Malheureux. After the beach visit, interesting evening to discover Mauritian Street Foods, far from the usual tourist circle.
- Day 2 - Sightseeing day, Market visits and Cooking class
Sight-seeing of monuments full of Mauritian history.
Fresh Local Market tour guided by Chef Sandy. Get introduced to fresh local produce, herbs, and spices.
After lunch, hands-on learning to cook some wonderful dishes of the Mauritian cuisine in a cooking class with the chef
Enjoy a real feast, real explosion of senses, colors and flavours with bottomless drinks
Receive as a souvenir your certificate and her cookbook "A Feast of Mauritius" in English or "Un Chef a la Maison" in French.
- Day 3 - Full day boat trip with snorkeling, BBQ and drinks
Enjoy a full day boat trip with snorkeling adventures, great barbecue, and bottomless drinks. Dinner is prepared by Chef Sandy.
- Day 4 - Departure day
Departure, we you drop back at the airport/harbour or any place you may wish to go on the island.
