Manaslu circuit trek 14 days itinerary via Larke la pass
- Day 1 - Kathmandu to Soti Khola (Drive)
Depart from Kathmandu and drive to Arughat Bazaar by bus.
From Arughat Bazaar, take another bus to Soti Khola (930m).
Overnight stay at a lodge. - Day 2 - Soti Khola to Machha Khola
Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (1000m).
Trekking distance: Approximately 18 kilometers.
Elevation gain: 70 meters.
Overnight stay at a lodge. - Day 3 - Machha Khola to Jagat
Continue trekking from Machha Khola to Jagat (1590m).
Trekking distance: Approximately 14 kilometers.
Elevation gain: 590 meters.
Overnight stay at a lodge. - Day 4 - Jagat to Deng
Trek from Jagat to Deng (2360m).
Trekking distance: Approximately 18 kilometers.
Elevation gain: 770 meters.

Important Information
You should trek Manaslu with a licensed guide. The Manaslu region is a restricted area in Nepal, and trekking without a guide is not allowed. To enter this region, you must obtain a Restricted Area Permit (RAP) through a registered trekking agency, and having a licensed guide is a mandatory requirement.
