Uganda Village Project

We aim to facilitate community health and well-being in rural Uganda through improved access, education, and prevention.

How We Do This:

By collaborating with existing health infrastructure, UVP addresses the most pressing health needs in rural communities through access to preventative services and prevention education. Preventing common diseases helps to stabilize a family’s income and reduces the need to tap into valuable assets, allowing them to grow their wealth, keep investing in education for their children, and be a productive part of their community. Our model relies on building strong relationships, both with partner organizations and communities, to provide trusted information and reliable programming.

We envision a future in which all Ugandan communities will have the means to effectively create and implement their own health and development solution
