Overview
Eco Caminhos is a sustainable eco farm located in the mountains of Nova Friburgo, Brazil. Here you will learn permaculture, agroforestry, and natural building (bioconstruction) while living in community and connecting deeply with nature. Our farm sits in the Atlantic Forest, surrounded by waterfalls and mountain trails, creating an ideal environment for learning, reflection, and personal growth.
Short-term volunteers work alongside local Brazilians and people from around the world to support agroforestry systems, organic farming, natural building, and general eco farm tasks. You will also have the opportunity to practice Portuguese, join weekly group activities, and experience a simple lifestyle close to nature. Our program blends learning, volunteer work, sustainability, and ecotourism for a meaningful and enriching stay.

Important Information
We offer three accommodation types for short-term volunteers, ranging from basic shared houses to high-comfort private lodges. Each person has different needs, some prefer cultural immersion and shared spaces, while others value privacy or require better internet for remote work. Families and couples are also welcome depending on availability.
