The ability to communicate fluently in English could greatly benefit Thai students in the future. Children in rural and poor areas of Thailand still do not have recourses to learn proper English due to the lack of fluent English language teachers in community schools. The poor parents cannot send their children to private schools. This situation must change. Therefore, RCDP invites you to join its English teaching volunteer project and teach these children the English language in order to help them get promising jobs in the future.
Volunteering as an English teacher in Thailand is an opportunity to share your language skills with students that are eager to learn it. You will spend your days teaching at a local school, while during your free time you will be able to explore the natural and cultural wonders of this beautiful country. As a volunteer English teacher, you will teach English to students of primary and lower secondary schools. You will work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday and teach in accordance with the official curriculum.
Important Information
No formal education or experience is needed to volunteer as an English teacher in Thailand. However, you should be a kind and patient person with a deep love for children. You should also be passionate about improving lives through teaching, and fluent in the English language. Volunteers who are native English speakers or who possess prior teaching experience will have an advantage, but this is not required
